Job summary

Kaiser Permanente seeks a Clinician to float across NW Region service areas, primarily in adult Primary Care, covering for other clinician panels and for short-term needs in the MOB. The role emphasizes direct patient care, documentation, and adherence to state licensing guidelines across Oregon & Washington.

Qualifications include NP or AMA-approved PA training with masters or equivalent and multi-state credentials.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ANA-approved NP or AMA-approved PA or Child Health Associate training program (masters or equivalent)
• Ability to assess, diagnose and manage common acute and chronic illnesses
• Experience coordinating patient services and participating on committees

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality care through assessment, diagnosis and treatment plans for adults in primary care and for short-term needs in MOB
• Perform health maintenance, order and interpret diagnostic studies, and document care in the medical record
• Coordinate patient services and participate in NP/PA float protocols and meetings
