Indiana University Health and the Indiana University School of Medicine seek a Board-Certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist at the Associate Professor level to serve as Division Director, General Obstetrics & Gynecology. The role blends clinical excellence, academic engagement, and strategic leadership across IU Health and Eskenazi Health.

The Director will oversee 70% clinical effort and 30% administrative work, maintaining a productive balance between inpatient and outpatient care while advancing

Qualifications

• Board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist with eligibility for Indiana licensure.
• Academic rank of Associate Professor or Assistant Professor, or equivalent appointment.
• Proven leadership experience in academic medicine and faculty development.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic, clinical, and operational leadership for the General OB/GYN Division.
• Maintain an active clinical practice with split inpatient/outpatient responsibilities.
• Lead faculty recruitment, mentorship, professional development, and program growth.
• Collaborate with IU Health, IUSM, and Eskenazi Health to advance health equity.
