AdventHealth in Louisville, CO is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for AHMG OBGYN clinics in Louisville, Church Ranch, and Erie. The role includes assessing patients' needs, developing care plans with the team, and delivering nursing care across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate's degree in Nursing with RN licensure and BLS, plus 1+ medical office experience. A sign-on bonus up to $5,000 is offered for new hires, with 24 hours/week daytime shifts.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an Associate's degree is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
• 1+ medical office experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interviews, and review of medical records and clinical data.
• Develops and implements patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, observing outcomes in accordance with nursing standards.
• Demonstrates competency in therapeutic and diagnostic interventions, including IVs, wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collection.
• Advocates for and protects the health, safety, and rights of each patient.
• Provides patient and family education based on assessment of learning readiness, needs, and ability, and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching.
