Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our night shift in Louisville, CO. You will assess patients, develop care plans, administer medications, and educate families while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Eligible clinicians may earn salary increases up to 20% through our Clinical Ladder; a $10K sign-on bonus is offered to new hires, with relocation support for eligible candidates. RN licensure and 1 year of L&D experience are required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year Labor and Delivery experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments across physiological, psychological, spiritual and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and revise as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate and optimize patient care and document care activities in the medical record.
