Job summary

Lone Star Circle of Care in Central Texas seeks a board-certified OB/GYN to care for underserved patients. You will determine plans of care, coordinate with a wide network of partners, and ensure patient safety across settings.

This role emphasizes proactive, autonomous practice within a supportive team, including telemedicine visits and thorough EHR documentation.

You are a board-certified OB/GYN who is passionate about working with the underserved population and those who may be experiencing significant barriers to care. You want to grow a practice where you get to decide the plan of care.

• Mission focused and passionate about improving access to quality healthcare.
• Proactive and thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Comfortable working independently in a group setting while also seeking support and consultation from colleagues.
• Ability to interact and collaborate with community partners and emergency medical/psychiatric service providers to ensure patient safety, including whether a patient needs a higher level of care.
• Possesses computer/technology skills to efficiently document using an electronic health record and conduct telemedicine visits, as well as communicating/meeting with colleagues virtually.
