Job summary

Aura Health is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures independently, applying ultrasound principles to assist in patient diagnosis. You will utilize non-ionizing waves, demonstrate technical expertise, and support teamwork aligned with our values.

The role includes OB procedure support (CVS, PUBS, amniocentesis) when needed, documentation, and EMR use. A strong candidate has ARDMS certification, ARDMS-prereq education, BLS, and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Accredited education program meeting ARDMS prerequisites.
• National ARDMS certification or equivalent.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• OB procedures experience preferred.
• Strong technical skills and independent judgment with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound procedures with minimal supervision ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Apply sound judgment and ingenuity in technical procedures.
• Assist with OB procedures such as CVS, PUBS, and amniocentesis (preferred).
• Maintain documentation and operate EMR systems (Epic preferred).
• Adhere to safety standards and promote a team-oriented environment.
