Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience as a Surgical Technologist, preferably with obstetrical and gynecologic surgeries.
• Knowledge of age-specific growth and development principles for patient care.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and inventory sterile set-up for operations.
• Apply asepsis principles and maintain sterile field.
• Assist with patient preparation and room turnover.
• Participate in safety initiatives.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology Program

Washington State Surgical Technologist Registration
