Job summary

Sinai Hospital of Baltimore is seeking an OB Surgical Scrub Tech to provide safe scrub/technical assistance during obstetric procedures under RN supervision. When not scrubbed, you may participate in patient care under the direction of the charge nurse/registered nurse.

Requirements include at least 1 year of OB surgical scrub experience, current Maryland CNA certification, and American Heart Association BLS certification. This on-site role offers opportunities in a busy academic medical setting.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of OB Surgical Scrub Tech experience.
• Current Maryland CNA certification.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe scrub/technical assistance to the surgeon/physician during OB surgical intervention under the supervision of the RN.
• When not directly assisting the physician in a procedure, may participate in the rendering of patient care under the direction of the charge nurse/registered nurse.
