Job summary

Baptist Health in Miami seeks an OB Technician to prepare, organize and monitor sterile environments under surgeon and RN supervision. You will assist in vaginal and cesarean deliveries, manage equipment, and support newborn nursery and postpartum units in a fast-paced surgical unit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification or training in healthcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize and monitor the sterile field environment under supervision of a surgeon and RN.
• Perform OB technician duties for vaginal deliveries, cesarean deliveries, and other GYN procedures.
• Maintain equipment and supply inventory to ensure safety, efficiency, and timely patient care needs.
• Assist in newborn nursery and postpartum units as needed.
