Qualifications

• Active Michigan RN license required.
• Associate degree from accredited nursing program; bachelor’s preferred.
• ACLS/BLS-HCP and OB-specific certifications prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Executes plan of care including meds, specimens and treatments.
• Documents care provided and monitors patient condition.
• Communicates with care team, physicians, patient and family.
• Assists with activities of daily living and comfort needs.
• Coordinates transfers, discharge, and referrals as needed.
• Educates patient and family; supports learning needs.
• Advocates for patient physical and emotional well-being.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
