Job summary

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Minnesota.
• Minimum of one year of RN labor and delivery experience.
• Ability to build positive relationships with patients, families, peers, physicians and other health care professionals.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Works primarily in OB, with occasional med/surg assignments.
• Performs assessments and develops a plan of care with patient and family.
• Coordinates services and interventions identified in care plans.
• Evaluates patient responses and progress toward outcomes.
• Is committed to patient and family centered care.
