Job summary

HDA MD Staff is seeking an OB/GYN physician for a hospital-based role in Arizona. This position involves 24-hour on-call shifts with a 7am to 7am rotation and delivers a mix of obstetric and gynecologic care within a 268-bed facility.

Qualified candidates must be Board Certified or Eligible in OB/GYN, hold an Arizona license (or IMLC eligibility), possess a valid DEA, and provide current case logs and vaccination records for credentialing. Cerner EMR supports documentation and care coordination.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN.
• Active Arizona medical license or IMLC eligibility.
• Valid DEA registration.
• Minimum of 1 year of OB/GYN clinical experience.
• Current case logs and vaccination records required for credentialing.
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (exemptions considered on a case-by-case basis).

Responsibilities

• Provide obstetric and gynecologic care in a hospital setting.
• Manage 24-hour beeper call shifts with 7am-7am rotation.
