Galen College of Nursing is seeking a Full Time Clinical Faculty - OB to educate and empower the next generation of nurses. The role focuses on evidence-based teaching, curriculum development, and assessment across classroom, lab, and clinical settings.

Ideal candidates hold an MSN (BSN considered) with at least two years of RN clinical experience and a commitment to excellence in nursing education within a nationally recognized institution.

Qualifications

• Active, current, unencumbered RN licensure in the applicable state board.
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required; BSN-prepared may be considered depending on campus needs.
• Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage in teaching and learner development.
• Utilize assessment and evaluation strategies.
• Participate in curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Evaluate program outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and function as a change agent within the educational environment.
