Qualifications

• Experience in OB, NICU or L&D preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Ability to follow clinical guidelines and document care accurately

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate with health team to ensure quality care
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and CNAs
• Participate in clinical team conferences
• Follow hospital, regulatory and professional guidelines and policies
• Communicate with patients and families with compassion
