Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to support Labor & Delivery, Mom/Baby (Nursery included) and the NICU at St James Hospital in Butte, MT. This full-time night-dominant position requires a BSN within four years, MT RN license, BLS, and neonatal certifications as needed.

The role emphasizes comprehensive patient care, teamwork with the multidisciplinary staff, strict adherence to protocols, and high-quality documentation. A competitive benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• BSN degree from an accredited program.
• Current MT RN license.
• BLS certification on hire.
• PALS within 9 months of hire; NRP within 12 months; AHWONN fetal monitoring within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Assess, recognize and address patients' psychological and physical needs.
• Foster quality of care with patient and family in mind.
• Communicate compassionately and effectively.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and document guidelines.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs/CNAs and participate in team conferences.
