Job summary

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification or within 3 months of hire.
• NRP certification required per policy.
• Experience as Unit Clerk, STNA, Surgical Tech, Medical Assistant, or LPN preferred.
• Current Ohio LPN licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and equipment for obstetric surgical procedures.
• Scrub during Cesarean sections and OB surgeries with the team.
• Maintain OB surgical room equipment and supply levels.
• Provide direct patient care and assist nursing staff across shifts.
• Participate in patient and family teaching and act as patient advocate.
