Aultman Health Foundation in Orrville, OH is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for our Dunlap OB/GYN physician practice. This full-time day-shift role emphasizes direct patient care, teaching, and teamwork within the OB/GYN specialty.

Qualified candidates are graduates of an accredited nursing program with an active Ohio LPN license; BLS with RQI is required and IV certification is preferred. The position offers a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for qualified applicants and a 1-year commitment.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current, active licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Ohio.
• AHA BLS with Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) training required.
• IV Certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Deliver patient and family teaching as needed.
• Prepare and administer medications as prescribed; monitor responses.
• Obtain vital signs and document accurately in the chart.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team and maintain standards of nursing care.
• Use the EHR/EMR to document care and coordinate with physicians.
