Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student rotations in an acute care setting
• Familiarity with nursing process and documentation standards
• Ability to administer medications safely and monitor for adverse effects

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and documents findings.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors effects.
• Assists physicians during procedures within competency.
• Develops and evaluates individualized care plans with the team.
• Responds to medical emergencies and participates in CPR/code activities.
• Educates patients and families on conditions and post-discharge care.
• Maintains infection control protocols and monitors equipment.
