Qualifications

• Two years of teaching experience preferred.
• Two years of successful clinical nursing practice required.
• Enrolled in Master's (nursing) with anticipated completion in the next 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate effective student learning in the assigned clinical setting.
• Provide guidance for students in professionalism, practice, and research.
• Select and organize learning activities for student attainment of course objectives.
• Ensure effective evaluations of student practice.
• Promote evidence-based practice.
• Provide feedback on student progress to supervisory personnel.
• Collaborate with faculty and healthcare partner staff.
• Attend required orientation, training, and faculty meetings.

Education

Current unencumbered RN license in Minnesota
