Providence Portland Medical Center is seeking an experienced Obstetrician to join an established team of OB Hospitalist in an On-Call/Per Diem capacity. In this role, you will work within a collaborative group of certified nurse midwives, family practice physicians, and maternal-fetal medicine specialists in providing quality, coordinated care to families. You will be responsible for OB triage for unassigned patients, providing back-up assistance to OB/GYN private practice colleagues, and for surgical assists. Providence Portland Medical Center is a Magnet-Designated Hospital, the highest credential for nursing facilities in the U.S. and around the world, located in the heart of NE Portland serving patients and families with diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds.

  • On-Call/Per Diem position
  • 12-hour shifts, combination of day and night (7 to 7)
  • OB only; No call required
  • Minimum of 3 to 5-years post-graduate clinical experience at Obstetrician, previous OB Hospitalist experience, and/or Fellowship trained required
