Providence Swedish in Redmond, WA is seeking an ultrasound technologist to perform OB/GYN, abdominal and small parts studies and to assist the radiologist during invasive procedures. The role requires clinical judgment based on patient information, tests, and referrals and offers involvement in a collaborative care team.

The successful candidate will have ultrasound training and ARDMS eligibility, BLS certification, and at least one year of ultrasound experience.

Formación

• Successful completion of ultrasound training program and education sufficient to meet eligibility requirements to take ARDMS registry examination.
• Within 1 year of hire: National Certification from ARDMS.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 1 year of experience as an ultrasound technologist or ultrasound intern.

Responsabilidades

• Perform a variety of sonographic examinations (OB/GYN, abdominal and small parts).
• Assist the radiologist during invasive procedures and contribute to clinical judgments based on referrals, records, patient interview and assessments.
