Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking an Ultrasonographer to support the OB/GYN practice. The role involves performing ultrasound exams, interpreting findings, and discussing results with radiologists, under supervision where appropriate.

Hours are 7:30a-4:30p, Monday-Friday, with no weekends. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is available with a one-year commitment. Prior women's health experience is preferred; new grads with rotation in women's health may be considered.

Qualifications

• ARDMS certification required.
• 1-2 years ultrasound training from an accredited program.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of ultrasound examinations.
• Independently evaluate normal vs abnormal results with patient history.
• Provide preliminary results to attending physicians.
• Teach imaging students and residents in scanning methods.
• Maintain equipment and supplies; perform quality control.
