Job summary

OhioHealth Berger OB/GYN is seeking an ultrasound technologist to independently perform ultrasound examinations and support the diagnostic process. You will discuss findings with radiologists and assist with invasive procedures as needed.

The role requires knowledge of anatomy and physiology, ARDMS certification, and BLS. 40-hour work weeks, with day shifts in a clinical setting, and ongoing education within a caring health system.

Qualifications

• Must have ARDMS certification and prefer RDMS credentials.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required by American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound examinations independently for diverse indications.
• Discuss ultrasound findings with radiologist and assist in diagnosis.
• Maintain equipment and perform quality control procedures.
