Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of approved Ultrasound School.
• 1 year of clinical experience in OB/GYN ultrasound.
• Knowledge of ultrasound equipment and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Performs procedures according to departmental format and completes exams in allotted time.
• Prepares patients for diagnostic procedures and positions for each view; explains procedures.
• Evaluates image quality and maintains records of ultrasound data and patient charts.

Education

Graduate of approved Ultrasound School

1 year OB/GYN ultrasound clinical experience

2+ years Allied Health training
