Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Ultrasound program with RDMS (OB/GYN) or registry eligible for RDMS (OB/GYN).
• Demonstrate clinical experience performing Obstetrical and Gynecological Sonography.
• Evidence of annual completion of health-related courses and/or seminars.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of Ultrasound procedures including obstetrical and gynecological.
• Assist in special scans such as Sonohysterograms and Amniocentesis.
• Prepare exam room for patients and ensure cleanliness and stock.

Skills

Obstetrical and Gynecological Sonography

Sterile and aseptic techniques

Harmonies or Color Doppler use

Education

Graduate from an accredited Ultrasound program with RDMS (OB/GYN)

Evidence of annual CEUs in accordance with ARDMS (OB/GYN)
