Job Summary

Part time

We are seeking a skilled Ultrasonographer to join our medical team. The Ultrasonographer will be responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound examinations to create images for interpretation by physicians.

Duties

• Perform ultrasound procedures following established protocols within the office setting and as established by national guidelines.
• Operate ultrasound equipment to capture images of the patient’s internal organs.
• Analyze technical information and medical history to optimize imaging procedures.
• Provide preliminary findings to physicians when necessary.
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to patient confidentiality guidelines.
• Provide a calm and safe atmosphere for patients.

Requirements

• Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation using ultrasound technology.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
• Familiarity with aseptic techniques in ultrasound procedures.
• Understanding of medical imaging principles and practices.
