Job summary

Mount Sinai Health System is seeking an OB/GYN leader to ensure regulatory compliance for prenatal care and teaching physician rules across a multi-site health system. The role oversees performance improvement, scope-of-practice adherence, and educational outcomes, partnering with residency and fellowship directors to meet goals.

The position offers integration with Mount Sinai's educational, research, and clinical programs, with a fully integrated EHR, and a comprehensive benefits package

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with NYS Prenatal Care Regulations.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare Teaching Physicians rules (TPR).
• Coordinate with Ambulatory Care Medical Directors for obstetrical care alignment across sites.
• Oversee Performance Improvement programs and quality metrics.
• Oversee adherence to scope of practice guidelines for obstetrical providers.
• Collaborate with residency and fellowship program directors to meet educational goals.
• Provide medical care in a high-functioning environment.
