Job summary

Axia Women's Health, a leading women's health network, seeks a Full Time RN (Triage & Support) for Garden State OB/GYN with locations in Voorhees and Moorestown, NJ. The role centers on coordinating patient care by telephone and supporting nursing staff in policy implementation.

Requirements include a nursing degree and PA licensure, CPR, and at least 1 year in a medical facility (OB/GYN preferred). CPT coding and eCW knowledge are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• CPR certification.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working in a medical facility, preferably in an OB/GYN setting.
• Knowledge of CPT coding, lab specific order sets, and eCW are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates patient care and policy/procedure implementations via telephone.
• Evaluates and assesses patient health care needs based on signs and symptoms using triage protocols.
• Obtains input from provider to determine best clinical course of action.
• Documents symptoms, nursing assessment, advice provided and patient/caller response; follows policies to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
