Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license in states where practicing; BLS required.
• Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• Multi-state licensure compatibility may apply.

Responsibilities

• Engage in governance and quality initiatives to improve care.
• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation.
• May float to other units as needed.
