UC San Diego's Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology & Reproductive Sciences invites physician-scientists to apply for Career Development Faculty positions across Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, Gynecologic Oncology, Complex Family Planning, Urogynecology & Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery, MIGS, Hospitalist, or Academic Specialist in Ob/Gyn.

The initial 2–5 years are supported by the NICHD-sponsored Women’s Reproductive Health Research Career Development K12

Qualifications

• Must have an MD, DO, or equivalent degree and be board eligible or board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Must have or be eligible for a California medical license or equivalent certification/permit as determined by the Medical Board of California.

Responsibilities

• The selected candidates will devote approximately 75% effort to mentored and independent research activities.
• Anticipated effort allocation of 10–20% for clinical responsibilities and 5–10% for teaching activities.
