The Research Assistant – OBGYN Generalist position in Evanston, IL is a full-time, on-site role supporting active research programs across OBGYN with hands-on experience in clinical and health equity projects.

You will collaborate with investigators, recruit participants, administer surveys, obtain informed consent, and help with data entry, analysis, and reporting while safeguarding participant confidentiality and IRB compliance.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Healthcare or hospital setting experience is preferred.

• Collaborate with principal investigators and research teams to support study execution across multiple departments.
• Recruit, screen, and engage research participants with clear communication and ethical standards.
• Administer surveys and collect patient-reported data in compliance with IRB-approved protocols.
• Guide participants through informed consent, ensuring rights and understanding.
• Perform data entry, quality control, and preliminary analysis; prepare summaries and reports.
• Maintain organized study records; safeguard sensitive participant information.
• Contribute to research proposals, grant applications, and IRB submissions.
• Contribute to studies examining racial and socioeconomic disparities in health outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and accepting feedback.
