Job summary

Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, part of the Optum family, is seeking an RN to provide comprehensive nursing care in an assigned clinical area in Houston. You will apply nursing knowledge, document patient status, and collaborate with the health care team to ensure safety and quality of care.

The role includes administration of medications, adherence to HIPAA, and involvement in immunization activities. Pay ranges from $29.00 to $52.00 per hour based on full-time status, with a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved professional registered nursing program.
• Current Texas RN license.
• Current BLS through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in assigned clinical area under supervision.
• Utilize the nursing process to advocate for quality patient care and safety.
• Administer medications following the 7 rights, document and monitor responses.
• Document observations and patient status in medical records.
• Assist with immunization administration and related care as directed.
