Job summary

Wentworth Health Partners, an affiliate of Wentworth-Douglass Hospital and a Mass General Brigham Medical Group member, seeks a full-time Practice Administrator to oversee daily operations of three OBGYN and Women’s Health practices in Dover, NH.

Working with the Director of Operations, you will manage budgets, quality measures, and staff across locations, ensuring compliant, patient-centered care and a collaborative administrative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field required.
• Master's Degree in related field preferred.
• Can substitute experience for degree.
• 5-7 years supervisory experience required.
• Experience working in a healthcare environment 5-7 years required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of three OBGYN and Women’s Health practices.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet budgets, quality, and safety goals.
• Develop administrative policies to improve operating efficiency; review policies annually.
• Mentor and develop coordinators, managers, and staff.
• Support physician onboarding and practice expansion.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and oversee revenue cycle activities.
