Job summary

Dignity Health's Pacific Central Coast Health Centers is seeking a BC/BE OB/GYN to join Bishops Peak Women's Health Center and French Hospital Medical Center in San Luis Obispo, CA. You will provide comprehensive OB/GYN care in an established ambulatory clinic with 160+ physicians and a 750-birth annual birthing center, plus 24/7 anesthesia and a collaborative team.

Base salary $340,000–$360,000 with productivity bonuses up to $450,000, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, PSLF eligibility, CME

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN.
• Active or eligible license in California.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN clinical care within an established ambulatory clinic system.
• Collaborate with OB/GYN physicians and advanced practice providers.
• Deliver care in a modern birthing center with 24/7 anesthesia coverage.
• Maintain a balanced practice with a 1:5 hospital call.
