Job summary

Pacific Central Coast Health Center, a PHC service of Dignity Health, seeks an OB/GYN physician for the Santa Maria, CA area. You will join a robust women's health team within a network that includes Marian Regional Medical Center and a modern Family Birth Center with a Level III NICU.

The position offers a base salary between $320,000 and $350,000 with bonuses related to productivity and quality, and potential PSLF eligibility.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN.
• Active or eligible California medical license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, expert clinical care within an ambulatory clinic system.
• Collaborate with OB/GYN physicians, residents, and Advanced Practice Providers.
• Contribute to a modern Family Birth Center with a Level III NICU and safety initiatives.
• Support patient-centered care across the Dignity Health OB/GYN and Marian Regional Medical Center network.
