Women First OBGYN Center is an established 11-Physician group seeking an additional full-time associate OB / GYN Physician to join their Royal Oak, MI team.

We are a highly skilled, all-female staff who understand the need for caring and compassionate medical attention, while still providing a high level of personalized care. Our mission is to work together as a team to provide you with exceptional healthcare using the newest, most effective technology and latest research available. Practice Details

1. Practice Address: 326 North Main Street, Royal Oak, MI 48067
   • Satellite location: Birmingham, MI
2. Current Providers: 11 Physicians (6 Partners, 5 Associates), 1 Physical Therapist, 6 CNMs, 1 PA, 1 NP
3. Associate Schedule: Full-time, 4-day work week (rotational call 1:9), 1 day off per week after call, post-call day off
4. Office Procedures include: NSTs, Ultrasounds (Sonohystergrams), Hysteroscopies, Colposcopies, and LEEP
5. Balanced 50/50 OB/GYN ratio
6. Associate Mentorship: Access to mentorship programs, with a balance of autonomy and support

• Surgical Robotics – Access and training available. Several doctors are minimally invasive trained (2 robot block days a month, rotational, e.g., day of robots)
