Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. in the Metro Detroit area seeks an OB/GYN Physician to join a well-established, supportive practice with 35+ years of service.

You will deliver obstetric and gynecologic care within a collaborative team of 12 physicians and 5 CNMs. The role features a strong base salary with productivity bonuses and partnership potential, access to surgical robotics, and a 3–4 office day schedule plus call coverage.

Qualifications

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN or completing an accredited residency.
• Demonstrates commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork.
• Interested in expanding surgical skills and long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Care for a balanced mix of obstetric and gynecologic patients.
• Perform NSTs, ultrasounds, hysteroscopies and advanced in-office procedures.
• Engage in surgical cases with dedicated OR block time and robotics.
• Collaborate with a team of 12 physicians and 5 certified nurse midwives.
