Job summary

Frey Consulting Group is seeking a Mandarin-English bilingual OB/GYN in North Phoenix for a full-time position. The role covers prenatal, obstetric, postpartum, and gynecologic care within a physician-led outpatient practice with hospital responsibilities.

You will manage deliveries, perform gynecologic procedures, and provide preventive women’s health services. Partnership potential exists within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency.
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Arizona.
• Comfortable providing both ambulatory and hospital-based OB/GYN care.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive prenatal, obstetric, postpartum, and gynecologic care.
• Manage vaginal and cesarean deliveries at the affiliated hospital.
• Perform laparoscopic and other gynecologic procedures.
• Provide preventive screenings and routine women’s health services.
• Counsel patients regarding contraception and reproductive health.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage general gynecologic conditions.
• Coordinate care across outpatient and hospital settings.
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation.
• Participate in call coverage if incorporated into the physician’s role.

• Compensation: $300,000–$325,000 base salary, based on experience, plus productivity-based bonus
• Sign-On Bonus: $50,000
• Relocation: $10,000–$20,000

About the Opportunity / A Day in the Life

Join a physician-led women’s health group where you can maintain the continuity of an outpatient practice while continuing to provide the obstetric and surgical care that makes OB/GYN a diverse specialty.

Your clinical work will include prenatal care, preventive women’s health, contraception, general gynecology, and postpartum care. Through the affiliated hospital, you will also manage vaginal and cesarean deliveries and perform gynecologic procedures, including laparoscopic and minimally invasive surgery.

You’ll work alongside physicians, midwives, nurses, and other clinical team members in a collaborative environment designed to support comprehensive care across the lifespan.
