Job summary
La Clínica de La Raza in Oakland, California is seeking an OB/GYN physician to provide primary care in inpatient and outpatient settings. You will deliver care to a diverse patient population and be part of a collaborative team dedicated to high-quality health outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have an MD/DO degree, board certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology, and experience with Electronic Health Records. Strong cultural competence and bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are preferred.
This position offers a salary range of $132.24-$138.94 DOE and includes various perks such as educational leave and flexible work schedules.
Qualifications
- Must have one to two years of experience working in a primary care clinic.
- Knowledge of evidence-based care and cultural competence.
- Ability to manage complex patient profiles.
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidenced based care and develop positive rapport with patients.
- Share day and after hours call for emergency services.
- Suggest improvements for clinic flow and patient scheduling.
