OB/GYN Physician – Lake Region Medical Group, P.A.

Lake Region Medical Group, P.A. (LRMG) is currently seeking a full‑time OB/GYN Physician to join a collaborative practice that includes 1 OB/GYN MD, 1 Family Medicine/OB Physician, and 2 Certified Nurse Midwives (CNM).

Practice Overview

Our established practice delivers comprehensive care, including annual exams, anxiety & depression screening, STD's, HPV, infertility, birth control, colon screening, perimenopause & menopause, high‑risk pregnancies, endometrial ablation, hysterectomies, prenatal care, pre‑surgical exams, and gynecologic surgery. The practice is roughly 50% obstetrics and 50% gynecology, with opportunities for additional gynecology surgical volume.

Position Details

• Trauma Level 3 hospital; nearest Level 1 trauma center is 1 hour away.
• 1:4 on‑call for a 4‑bed labor and delivery department and emergency department.
• Average volume of 225 deliveries per year.
• Referral base from 7 clinics and serves a primary service area population of 70,000.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) and completion of an accredited residency.
• Board certification highly preferred; board eligibility required.
• Active Minnesota Medical License & DEA upon hire.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary guaranteed at $380,000.00 per year for the first 2 years, with additional income potential based on production hours (wRVU's).
• Annual CME reimbursement allowance and paid professional dues and memberships.
• Relocation reimbursement and sign‑on bonus (with assistance in residency if applicable).
• 10% annual employer contribution to 401(k) plan; fully vested after 6 months or 1,000 hours, whichever comes first.
