Lake Region Medical Group, P.A. in Fergus Falls, MN is seeking a full-time OB/GYN physician to join a small team including CNMs and an additional OB/GYN. The role splits 50/50 between obstetrics and gynecology with potential for high gynecology surgical practice.

On-call is 1:4 for the 4-bed L&D; average deliveries are about 225 per year. The compensation includes a base salary starting at $380,000/year for the first two years, with additional income potential based on production hours (wRVUs).

LAKE REGION MEDICAL GROUP, P.A. OB/GYN OPPORTUNITY DETAILS:

Lake Region Medical Group, P.A. (LRMG) is currently seeking a full-time OB/GYN Physician to join their team of 1 OB/GYN MD, 1 Family Medicine/OB Physician, and 2 Certified Nurse Midwife's (CNM). This established practice sees patients for: annual exams, anxiety & depression screening, STD's, HPV, infertility, birth control, colon screening, perimenopause & menopause, high-risk pregnancies, endometrial ablation, hysterectomies, prenatal care, pre-surgical exams, & gynecologic surgery.

POSITION DETAILS:

• Trauma level 3 hospital with the nearest level 1 trauma center 1 hour away
• Established practice is approximately 50% obstetrics and 50% gynecology; opportunity for high gynecology surgical practice if desired
• Referral base draws from 7 clinics, and a primary service area supporting a population of 70,000 for this specialty
• 1:4 on-call, for our 4 bed labor and delivery department, and emergency department
• Average 225 deliveries/year

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:

Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.

• Base compensation salary is guaranteed starting at $380,000.00/year for the first 2 years of employment, plus the opportunity to earn additional income based on production hours worked (wRVU's).
• Annual CME reimbursement allowance & paid professional dues and memberships
• Relocation reimbursement & sign on bonus (with assistance in residency if applicable)
• 10% annual employer contributions into 401K plan; fully vested to the employee at the time the employee is eligible to participate in the plan after 6 months of employment, or 1,000 hours worked whichever occurs first.
• Opportunity to apply for state and national student loan forgiveness programs that have potential to award up to $120,000.00.
