Northeastern Rural Health Clinics (NRHC) in Susanville, California, seeks a full-time or part-time OB/GYN physician to join our team. Outpatient obstetric and gynecologic care, prenatal and postpartum services, and deliveries at Banner Lassen Medical Center are part of the role.

The position includes a shared OB call rotation and a typical clinic day; full-time schedules may be four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days, with part-time options available.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Completion of an accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology residency program.
• Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Current California medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to meet NRHC and Banner Lassen Medical Center credentialing and privileging requirements.
• Commitment to providing quality care to rural and underserved patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient OB/GYN care including prenatal and postpartum services.
• Deliveries at Banner Lassen Medical Center and participate in shared OB call rotation.

Position Summary

Northeastern Rural Health Clinics (NRHC) is seeking a full-time or part-time OB/GYN physician to join our team in Susanville, California.

This position includes outpatient obstetric and gynecologic care, prenatal and postpartum care, deliveries at Banner Lassen Medical Center, and participation in a shared OB call rotation. The typical clinic volume is approximately 18 patients per full clinic day.

Full-time clinic schedules may be structured as four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days. Part-time schedules may also be considered. OB call is shared separately.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full-time salary of$240,000–$321,623
• $100,000 sign-on bonus, depending on eligibility
