Northeastern Rural Health Clinics (NRHC) is seeking an experienced FNP, MD, or DO to provide patient care while also serving as the organization’s Medical Director.
The Medical Director role is not a standalone position. The selected candidate will be hired into a clinical provider position based on their license and specialty, with Medical Director responsibilities added to that role.
Approximately 20% of the position will be dedicated to Medical Director responsibilities, with the remaining time focused on patient care. The Medical Director role comes with an additional$30,000 annual stipendon top of the compensation for the underlying clinical position.
Physician compensation will be based on specialty and experience. Higher salary ranges apply to certain specialties, including Pediatrics, Family Medicine with Obstetrics, and OB/GYN.
NRHC is a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center that has served Lassen County and the surrounding area for nearly 50 years. We are the largest provider of outpatient healthcare services in Lassen County, with clinics in Susanville and Westwood.
