Job summary

Northeastern Rural Health Clinics (NRHC) is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care team in Susanville, California. The role offers full-time or part-time options with no weekend clinic hours.

The FNP will provide outpatient primary care to patients across the lifespan, with a typical clinic volume of about 18 patients per full clinic day. Various schedules are available, including four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from an accredited nurse practitioner program.
• Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Current California RN and Nurse Practitioner credentials, or the ability to obtain them.
• Current furnishing number and DEA registration, or the ability to obtain them.
• Ability to meet NRHC credentialing and privileging requirements.

Education

Position Summary

Northeastern Rural Health Clinics (NRHC) is seeking a full-time or part-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care team in Susanville, California.

The FNP will provide outpatient primary care to patients across the lifespan. The typical clinic volume is approximately 18 patients per full clinic day.

Full-time providers may choose a four-day, 10-hour schedule or a five-day, 8-hour schedule. Part-time schedules may also be considered. There are no weekend clinic hours.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full-time salary of $128,000–$168,000
• $50,000 sign-on bonus, depending on eligibility
