Job summary

H. T. PROF Group in Dothan, AL is seeking a dedicated Obstetrics and Gynecology physician to join a dynamic women’s health team.

The role blends outpatient clinic work with inpatient obstetric care and gynecologic surgery, delivering patient-centered care in a collaborative hospital setting. You will manage routine and high-risk pregnancies, perform gynecologic procedures, provide labor and delivery coverage, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN with active interest in women's health.
• Ability to manage both outpatient and inpatient OB care, including high-risk pregnancies.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OB/GYN care in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Manage routine and high-risk pregnancies (prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum).
• Perform gynecologic surgeries (minimally invasive and laparoscopic).
• Provide labor and delivery coverage and obstetric call rotation.
• Conduct annual exams and women's health screenings.
• Document accurately in the electronic medical record system.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives.
