Job summary

The Defense Health Agency is seeking a civilian OB/GYN physician to join Winn Army Community Hospital in Hinesville, GA. This employed position offers job security, a competitive base salary, and comprehensive benefits including malpractice coverage and CME opportunities.

As an OB/GYN, you will provide high-quality care to Soldiers and their families, perform surgeries as needed, and participate in on-call duties. A valid US medical license and board certification/eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• Board Eligible/Certified in OB/GYN.
• Must possess a current, active, full, and unrestricted license or registration as a Physician in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Examines, diagnoses, treats OB/GYN patients and performs surgeries as needed.
• Serves as OB/GYN consultant to other medical officers; on-call availability.
• Provides high-risk ultrasound, biometry, fetal surveillance and perinatal care.
• Maintains CME and an unrestricted medical license.
