Job summary

Talent With Heart is seeking an OB/GYN physician to join a respected Metro Detroit practice with 35+ years of service in women's health. The role offers a 3–4 office day schedule, 1 weekday 24-hour call with a post-call day off, and a 1:6 weekend call with midwives.

You will work with 12 physicians and 5 certified nurse midwives, expanding your surgical skills with dedicated OR block time and robotics under experienced mentorship.

Qualifications

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN or currently completing residency.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork.
• Interest in developing surgical skills and long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide obstetric and gynecologic care in a balanced case mix.
• Perform NSTs, ultrasounds, and hysteroscopies.
• Engage in surgical responsibilities with access to OR time and robotics.
• Collaborate with a team of 12 physicians and 5 CNMs.
