Job summary

Ashton North LLC on the Mississippi Gulf Coast is seeking an OB/GYN physician for a full-time position in a collaborative, no-hierarchy practice. The role supports both new graduates and experienced clinicians with mentorship and a clear path to partnership after three years, including equity opportunities.

This busy clinic delivers ~50–60 births monthly, with a GYN-heavy focus, and offers robotic-assisted surgery, dedicated OR time, and a strong health-system affiliation near Pascagoula.

Qualifications

• MD/DO in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Open to residents completing training in 2026/2027.
• Team-oriented physician committed to evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide obstetric and gynecologic care to patients across pregnancy and postpartum.
• Engage in minimally invasive surgeries and robotic procedures as appropriate.
• Collaborate with a five-physician team in a supportive, no-hierarchy culture.
