Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking an OB/GYN Physician to join a Mississippi Gulf Coast practice. The role supports new graduates and experienced physicians with mentorship, a no-hierarchy culture, and partnership potential after three years.

You will enjoy a balanced schedule, robotic-assisted options, and a collaborative environment focused on women’s health. The practice delivers 50–60 births monthly and emphasizes minimally invasive surgeries, in-office treatments, and a strong GYN focus

Qualifications

• MD/DO trained obstetrician-gynecologist with board certification or eligibility.
• Strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide OB/GYN care in a collaborative, mentorship-driven team.
• Deliver approximately 50–60 babies per month with a GYN-heavy focus.
• Perform minimally invasive and robotic surgeries; offer in-office treatments.
• Engage in on-site procedures and patient education; contribute to a high-quality birth experience.
• Maintain work-life balance with a 4-day work week and 1:5+ weekend call rotation.
