Job summary

ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC is seeking an OB/GYN Physician to join a collaborative Mississippi Gulf Coast practice. The role supports both new graduates and seasoned providers with a 1:5+ weekend call rotation and flexible scheduling, including a 4-day work week.

You will work in a GYN-heavy practice performing minimally invasive and robotic procedures, with a Level II NICU affiliation, and opportunities for mentorship and, after three years, partnership with equity. Pascagoula location.

Qualifications

• MD/DO, BE/BC in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Open to all experience levels, including residents completing training in 2026/2027.
• Team-oriented physician committed to evidence-based and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide prenatal and obstetric care for patients.
• Perform minimally invasive surgeries and robotic procedures.
• Collaborate with a five-physician team in a mentorship-focused environment.
• Participate in on-call and clinic duties to support work-life balance.
